Dinner tonight: Thai red curry with sticky rice. Nothing special to eat; the curry paste came out of a jar that Danielle found at the back of the fridge and the meat was leftover roast turkey from Thanksgiving. I threw some mushrooms in because I don’t feel I’ve really cooked unless I get to chop something. I am, however, pleased with two things. Firstly, the sticky rice — I’ve got that shit nailed. Secondly, the presentation, which I think looks pretty good (except for the scruffy spot of sauce on the rice I only just noticed; damn).
